Flirty MAAN Fiano embodies all the virtues that make us smile knowingly when we hear the term 'flirty'; fresh, playful, cheeky, and even a little bit too easy. A bright, crisp, fruit-driven style with subtle complexity and texture, encapsulated within a deceptively smash-able vino. Go nuts.

  • PRODUCTION NOTES

Lovely minerality to the ’21 incarnation of our fiano, with a tight acid structure that supports the great fruit weight, and bodes well for a wine that’ll age well.

On the nose there’s white nectarine, pineapple syrup, dragonfruit and lychee. As well as peach blossom, jasmine, wild fennel and a touch of green apple.

The palate carries over most of these fruit flavours of stone and tropical fruit, but there is also a real depth of citrus. However it comes across with a mixture of vanilla and coconut from barrel fermentation so reminds of lemon curd, key lime pie, and even apricot slice. Nicely subtle phenolics, ensure a great length, and a tantalising finish. Great now or for the next 8 years.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do your wines contain sulphur?

In short, yes. We use a tinsy bit so that we can ensure quality and enable your wine to age well, rather than spoil within a short timeframe like some 'natural' wines.

Are your wines organic?

We source our grapes from a number of different growers and some of them are certified organic, and some aren't.

How much does shipping cost?

Depends how much you're ordering and where you're shipping to. Generally speaking, the closer you are to Melbourne or Adelaide, the cheaper it will be. All shipping prices are calculated at the checkout, but order 12 or more bottles and receive free shipping.

Which restaurants / stores stock your wines?

It changes regularly but you're welcome to contact our distributors
