How do I qualify for free delivery?
Place an order over $200 in the Adelaide or Melbourne Metro and we will deliver for free on the following weekend.
Which shipping platform do you use?
So that we can offer the cheapest possible price to get the goods from us to you, we use a system called Shippit. Shippit weighs up all possible shipping options and quotes you the cheapest price depending on your order quantity and destination location. For this reason, shipping prices are calculated at the checkout stage of your transaction.
Do you offer 'Click & Collect' on orders?
Yes we do for customers in Adelaide & Melbourne Metro areas. Select this option at checkout and pickup your wine from either Glenalta (SA) and Prahran (VIC) on weekends (or a time that works better for you.
Are your wines vegan friendly?
Our wines DO NOT include any additives besides a minimal amount of sulphur. Our wines HAVE NOT been fined with any egg, fish or milk products.
How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order?
We will always endeavour to deliver wine to customers in as little time as possible. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery to be made. Remote areas may take slightly longer for obvious logistical reasons.
How Do I Know If My Order Has Shipped?
When we ship your order, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please note that changes of address will not show up in the confirmation (but if we say we have processed them, we have, don't worry), and tracking numbers will take up to 24 hours to update.
Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
Yes we do. We can now ship to Australia Post PO Boxes.
Can I pay using PayPal?
Yes. You are able to pay using a credit card or via PayPal.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes we do. We can now ship using Australia Post Express Shipping.
What happens if I'm not home if my wine is delivered?
Our preferred shipping provider Courier Please uses a service called Hubbed to leave parcels safety for collection. Locations are conveniently located close to where you live, and a signature and photo ID will be required for pickup.
How much will shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at the point of sale, depending on the weight of your order, and the location that it is going. The shipping price is calculated by the courier company directly, but please reach out to us if you think there has been an error at email@example.com
What Do I Do If I Need To Change My Order Or Shipping Information?
If you need to change your order or your shipping information, please email us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can update your order. We may or may not be able to make the change, depending on how quickly you get in touch with us, but we will do our best.
Please note, our system does not display updated shipping information in shipping-confirmation emails. If you have gotten in touch with us and we have confirmed that the change has gone through, don't worry, the address we have is correct even if the email is wrong.
Why Was My Order Cancelled?
This is very unlikely to happen to you, but we do occasionally cancel orders due to shortage of materials or suspicion of fraud. If we do cancel your order, we will contact you immediately with an explanation.
Can I exchange my purchase?
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: 24 Sylvan Way Glenalta South Australia AU 5052.
Who pays for shipping when returning an item?
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Do you offer gift cards?
Not yet, but we would like to very soon. Watch this space!
Can I return my wine?
Should wine need to be returned, MAAN Wines will organise to pick up the wine.
Until the wine is collected, the buyer is liable to store the wine in a safe place and take reasonable care of it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Do you offer corporate wine sales?
We most certainly do, drop us an email at email@example.com and let's see if we can work something out.
Do you offer Apple Pay?
We most certainly do. This allows you to use your Apple iPhone, iPad or Mac users to purchase wine using their existing Apple Pay Account. This means that you can buy with a single touch, and avoid having to put in that boring address and credit card information. The information selected in your Apple Pay account will be used to process payment, making it easier to buy wine online.
Do you offer Afterpay?
We will very soon, watch this space.
Do you offer some sort of offer for referring a friend?
Not at this stage, however we do have something in the works to be released later this year. Watch this space.
Do you provide office drinks?
Yes we do, and love doing it. Drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll be in touch to work something out.
Can you provide wine for functions like weddings etc?
We can provide a variety of drinks packages to suit your needs, whatever the occasion. Shoot us an email at email@example.com so we can discuss things further.
What do your labels mean?
Our labels say a lot about us, and resident designer Tom Rumble creates bespoke artwork that uniquely matches the persona of each wine.
The labels offer a glimpse of what the wine will taste like with the colours reflected in the artwork matching the flavours within.
What does your logo represent?
The logo represents a wine glass half full, which underpins our optimistic and positive outlook. It's turned on it's side because we consider ourselves a little edgy and risky.
Do you offer wine tastings?
Although we don't yet have a physical Cellar Door, we do have a Pop Up Cellar Door which we erect periodically at farmers markets, parks and venues. To learn when we'll be hosting our next Pop Up Cellar Door, like us on Facebook.
Which courier options do you offer for freight/shipping?
We ship our orders using Fastway Couriers & Courier Please depending on the address specified. In some cases we deliver ourselves in the Adelaide Metro area. Tracking numbers are provided by email at the time of shipment.
We do not current offer express shipping
do you have any delivery requirements?
By placing an order with MAAN Wines, the buyer confirms that they are over the age of 18 and it is legal that they purchase Alcohol. MAAN Wines is required under SA law to requests your date of birth upon ordering, this information is kept for legal reasons only. The courier delivering the wine will check identification; wine cannot be delivered to a buyer unable to prove they are of legal age.
MAAN Wines will not delivery to any area deemed a dry zone under Australian law, Please do not attempt to order to these areas as they will be refused.
What are your delivery timeframes?
MAAN Wines will always endeavour to deliver wine to buyers in as little time as possible. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery to be made. Remote areas may take slightly longer for obvious logistical reasons.
How much do wine cartons weigh?
Full cartons of wine can be heavy (a dozen bottles is approximately 16kg), Please transfer bottles individually if you are unsure about the weight. Red wine will stain if spilt or dropped.
What currency does your store sell in?
All prices quoted are Australian Dollars. All stock subject to availability and increases in government charges and wholesale prices.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet unfortunately, however we plan to in the future. Watch this space.
How long will my order take?
We aim to arrange for collection from our courier partners next day but this is not always achievable. Given the delicate nature of our products, we also try and avoid shipping in exceptionally hot weather. If we foresee any delays to your order, we will contact you immediately.
