Anna's jalapeños poppers


  • One tub of spreadable Philadelphia cheese
  • A handful of Spring onions
  • One teaspoon of paprika
  • A handful of chives
  • 30 x Jalapeños
  • 10 x slices of Prosciutto


  1. Cut the jalapeños in half and de seed them
  2. Mix the cheese with paprika and spring onions
  3. Stuff the mixture into the Jalapeños
  4. Wrap them in prosciutto.
  5. Cook them at 180 for about 20 mins
